One (1) Month or More = $500.00 Deposit will hold your Reservation.

On arrival the $500.00 Deposit becomes your Security Deposit.

Under One (1) Month = $250.00 Deposit will hold your Reservation.

On arrival the $250.00 Deposit becomes your Security Deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

(1 TO 3) WEEKS ------- 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE

(1) MONTH ------- 60 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE

(2) MONTHS ------- 90 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE

(3) MONTHS ------- 120 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE

(4) OR MORE MONTHS ------- 180 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE

WINTER cancellation must be made in WRITING 180 DAYS PRIOR to the confirmed arrival date or the FULL DEPOSIT will be forfeited. In the event of a cancellation with proper notice, the deposit will be refunded LESS $50.00 administrative/cancellation fee. Upon arrival, all rent become due for the entire period rented. For stays of two or more months, arrangements may be made to pay on a monthly basis. See contract for complete information.
